Presenters guidelines

Posters

Presenters of posters must carry a printed poster that will be displayed in the Lunch and coffee break area (Level 1) during the poster and demo welcoming session. Please ensure your poster is in A0 format, i.e. 841 x 1189 mm. The poster will be displayed vertically.

You are expected to print the poster and bring it to the venue. It is strictly forbidden to bring individual pages and assemble them on-site. CPS-IoT week will provide the poster holder and necessary fasteners.

Your poster can be set up any time on 12 May 2026, and no later than 30 minutes before the start of the poster and demo welcome session.

Requirements for oral and poster sessions

  • 90-second pitch: Get ready to present your work in a short and engaging 90-second pitch on Monday 11 May 2026 at Rotonde Cezembre (Level 3). Please send your slide(s) to antoine.bertout@univ-poitiers.fr by May 7 at the latest. There are no strict requirements, but we recommend trying to make your pitch catchy and inviting so that people are encouraged to come and see your poster, rather than delivering a condensed and fast-paced version of a longer talk.
  • Poster: Prepare an A0 poster and print it yourself.

Demos

Presenters of demos will be assigned a dedicated space in the demo area (Level 1) during the poster and demo welcoming session. Each demo space includes one table (120 × 60 cm), two chairs, a poster grid panel (A0 size), and access to a standard EU power outlet. Please refer to the preliminary floor plan for an overview of the demo area and typical setup.

If your demo requires additional space around the table (e.g., for equipment, interaction, or safety reasons), you must explicitly indicate this in advance, as some locations are more suitable for extended setups.

Wi-Fi connectivity will be available at the venue.

You are expected to bring all necessary equipment for your demo, including any screens/monitors, adapters, extension cords, or specific connectors. Your setup must be self-contained and comply with standard safety requirements.

Your demo can be set up any time on 12 May 2026, and no later than 30 minutes before the start of the poster and demo welcome session.

For any special arrangements, please contact the local Demos Chair, Fernando Fernandes dos Santos, and the Demo Chairs of your conference.
