Literature Booth: US$2K per day, US$5K for three days

  • Brochures, catalogues, books, journals can be distributed on literature booths at the main entrance / coffee area.

Award Sponsorship

Best Paper Award: US$1K per award (x4)

  • Your institution entity name and logo will be announced on all related media and your logo will be projected and named at the ceremony.
  • Exclusive sponsorship - limited to one institution entity per conference!

Event Sponsorship

Reception - US$7.5K

  • Logo and name of your institution entity will be on all appropriate signage around the event, e.g. at the reception desk
  • Two sponsors max

Coffee Break - US$4K per day, US$6K/ for two days, US$9K for three days

  • Signage including your institution entity name and logo with the information “sponsored by” will be placed at the two coffee breaks per day. The coffee breaks will be the meeting point for all attendees, and speakers.
