Registration Policy
Attending any main conference event (12-14 May 2026) requires one Main Conference Only registration or a Full Week registration. Attending any workshop/tutorial event (11 May 2026) requires one Workshop/Tutorial Only registration or Full Week registration. Full week registration covers all events from 11-14 May 2026. PhD forum is included in all registration categories.
Invitation letters are generated automatically at the end of the registration procedure.
Registration Requirement for Accepted Submissions
For each accepted paper (all kinds) in a workshop/tutorial and each accepted paper (all kinds) in one of the main conferences (SenSys, RTAS, ICCPS/HSCC), at least one author needs to register as an AUTHOR at the Member / Non-Member registration rate, regardless of whether or not they are students.
All papers need to be associated with a unique full registration charge. Each Author registration is valid for one paper. This applies to both the main conference and workshop registration policies. If an author wants to register for multiple papers, they can add additional papers during registration for an extra fee per paper. Authors may locate their Paper ID# from their acceptance notification and submission website from each conference.
The author registration deadline is 31 March 2026.
